Hi I'm Kaitlyn!
I am a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist with clinical experience across disability, rehabilitation and paediatric settings. I also have four years experience as a Disability Support Worker, which enables me to incorporate clinical assessment and reasoning with practical experience in how OT recommendations can work in practice in people's everyday lives. Having grown up in the beautiful Tweed Heads region I’m excited to be working within the community I know and love. I bring a practical, person-centred approach to supporting clients of all ages and am committed to using evidence-based practice to provide relevant, meaningful and individualised support. I understand the importance of supporting people in their own homes and communities and enjoy finding solutions that make a real difference to their day-to-day lives. I value building genuine relationships, understanding what matters most to each person, and working collaboratively to support improved independence, participation and quality of life. |
