Meet Eliza

Hi, I'm Eliza!

I've worked in the aged care and disability sector for 10 years, starting out as a support worker and later stepping into a care coordination role. My responsibilities included the provision of day-to-day personal support, coordinating care plans, advocating for clients needs, and working closely with their families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each person received holistic, compassionate support.

I grew up in the Northern Rivers, moved away for university and work, and have since returned to raise my two young children in the community I call home.

I love working with people who share a positive outlook and a genuine desire to help others. I bring a fun, energetic personality to my work and believe in creating uplifting, person-centred environments in everything I do.

I look forward to continuing to share this approach with NDIS participants to enable them to feel cared for and understood, and supporting the Step Up Therapies team to assist participants in reaching their full potential.
